Description of Mazahri | Bibi 18K Gold Necklace w. Diamond
The Bibi Pendant is an ode to ancestry and heritage. It was inspired by my great great grandmother's earrings turned rings. She wore 8 down each ear and after she passed away they were inherited by her only daughter, my great grandmother. After my great grandmother passed, the earrings were turned into rings and given to the women in the family. I inherited mine from my grandmother who used it to teach me about my cutlure and heritage. The central diamond represents our Source and the surrounding orbs represent us and the communities we create, all eminating from one source. Our 6 major symbols adorn the center ring around the diamond.
